Morgans sentiment appeared to change after the issue of the accounts. It appears that they are happy that current liquidity should see ATL through this difficult (as bad as it gets) trading period. Personally I believe that investors should increase their interest in the stock in line with the vaccination rates. IMO the charts of the vaccination rates will probably closely match the SP price chart.
