Mate your numbers look about right. The market cap is about $400m.
A lot of posters are talking about private equity / take over ventures. But, I kind of feel like these sort of solutions are like a guy hoping his wife runs off with the guy next door because he wants to run off with the woman across the street.
I'm not sure if it's a positive or negative to hope the company you're investing in gets taken over.
From a logical perspective, any prospective suitor would want to wait to see how the CBI issue pans out before whipping out the calculator.
A big positive with the new CEO is she has NASDAQ connections and that is a huge positive which hasn't been much touched on here.
I really like the open banking side rather than the GPR side as its growth multiples are significantly larger as transactions move geometrically electronic.
