Moving regulators was a topic discussed over a few months on this stock. From what I can understand, it was never going to be easy. The CBI was the jurisdiction regulator because PCSIL operated its core business in Ireland. The question is whether moving its headquarters elsewhere would change anything. I doubt it would have. Sentenial's sale will finally put an end to the Great Irish Famine.
