    154.7mil shares issued as part of the CR on 8th Feb.

    Hence the % held has been diluted.

    The sub holder notice shows one main seller being Antares Capital. They since hold significant amount which probably points to them as causing this weakness in the SP

    keep an eye for any large cross trades, as that may signal that they are done.
