I wonder, if everyone who has accepted offer @.33cents, were to buy say 3000 or so shares on market. So that there is well above the 150 small shareholders required to stop NST aims to delist EAR. Such action could become a real pain in the butt for NST, so much so that they may have to reconsider their existing offer price. Unless of course they get over 90% and are able to go for compulsory acquisition.
