Can't tell if this is good or bad....50% approval of the takeover when they need 90%....still 3 weeks to go, but mgmt shares already reflected in that 50%
I voted for the takeover....I still think its undervalued, but given the issues around wartsila (still trying to figure out how they are more than 50m apart!), I'd rather take the cash & NWH shares rather than see PGX and Wartsila duke it out for another 6-12 mths.
NWH also trading at a reasonable value so perhaps some upside there
