not necessarily. shareholders recognize poor value in the offer and could just reject ozl and carry on under our own steam to bring the projects online. i,m not sure what ozl would have to do with their holding if they do not get 50.1%. maybe some one can advise at what level of holding they would be permitted to have in a business without majority?
