Thats wrong for an off-market offer.
An Off-Market offer doesn't matter when you accept as you are still entitled to any higher offer.
I also don't believe OZL have the right to buy-on-market currently, due to the conditions on their Off-Market offer.
The second they pay someone higher that becomes the new offer price for everyone also.
Need to lookup the rules for On-Market & Off-Market offers.
No shares are changing hands here.
