OZL would only be allowed to increase their holding on market by 3% every 6 months I believe. Or they could offer a higher price to all remaining holders, with those who had previously accepted the earlier offer presumably missing out.
Don't forget about Greenstone and Glencore, who have 22-23% between them.
Think the BR royalty deal would still be in place
