Zipp, not sure that's true unless you've received correspondence that i didn't see and if I had the time in the day I would dig back through previous posts to support my comments but I just can't be bothered.

I clearly remember that the number was north of 10% so the support was there. Attaining the 90% was going to be impossible etc etc.

Those that I know that sent off info didn't receive any reply or any correspondence so I agree the support dropped off.
