The nasty threats (not sure if they've been implied in AVB announcements) coming from some posters ... that if OZL gets 50.1% and AVB remained listed then they'll treat us all even worse e.g. issuing shares to themselves but not the m&d etc ... are simply nasty bullying tactics.

Can they do it? Will they do it? I don't know. Has OZL implied that that's what they MIGHT do? I can't find it in their announcement. But if they do it then I'll be contacting ASIC EVERY SINGLE DAY until they intervene. Let's crowd fund and get a lawyer if such nasty thing is carried out by them.
