It's not unusual for a representative broker to run a book build to place such a large parcel of stock for its client. I'm wondering whether this is a related party transaction (crossing) to perhaps crystalise a loss while still retaining ownership. Just a thought. We should find out soon enough when the appropriate forms are submitted.
