Ann: Change in substantial holding from PDL, page-12

RCR is going back into bi-polar mode. Good fundamentals (no debt if I read the reports correctly a few weeks back), valuation not too high, forward looking ok, but then for some reason it decides to drop 30%.

I recall RCR doing this in 2014; it dropped to 1.50, then around start of 2016 it dropped to 1.20, very low and strange levels, and then eventually surged up to the recent highs. Must be a stock some funds like to play with.

Concerning the recent Feb earnings report, there was a good initial reaction to it but then a lot of selling into that strength. Big holder(s) dumping into strength. But alas the fall continues into unexplained territory.
