Mate. Because they hold such a significant balance over 5% , they so much as have a ' Nose Bleed ' and they have to report a 1% move to ASX shareholders IMMEDIATELY......Now they were ALREADY at around 16 - 17% post MOBLAN......and now magically have another 187,978,295.
So I don't know about anyone else , but again this seems strange as I would think the 22 odd million are NOT even theirs , and their really hasn't been this sort of dilution from since Moblan where we already new how many they had and that they did not allegedly participate under their ' Non Dilution ' clause. So please ell me what's going on here.
