.....But we ALL know that this reduction due to ' Dilution ' stemmed back as far as the results of the Moblan acquisition where Piedmont made its statement it would not be participating......which is why I asked at the time and posted a query accordingly ..., that Why hasn't Piedmont updated Sayona and the ASX regulator with a change in substantial notice. And the reason becomes clearer when you look back at the debate and uncertainty which was circling the market at the time as to whether they ( Piedmont ) did or didn't participate int he ' Shortfall ' .

So NOT so much about the fact they sated they wouldn't participate in the ' up front ' raise......we had to wait all the period of time until the closing of the shortfall to realize that in fact they didn't have a change of heart or something like that in taking up the shortfall.

So you see the point here is that any of this market uncertainty which was in fact fueled even more by K.P's vocal interviews and podcasts about Sayona during this period ( some of which I feel were quite negative as well ) ......ALL of this could have simply been put to bed by them submitting their REQUIRED change of substantial holders noticed AFTER the dilution of the Moblan raise. So they have absolutely failed in their responsibilities as Sayona's No.1 Shareholder.

Bottom line is it's not good enough and just begs the question as to what else these Guy's ( combined or otherwise ) are holding back on their shareholders. Including me.....which I just don't like this sort of unprofessional conduct.
