I've found that on HC, the "Ignore" feature doesn't work and that the only way to respond to bullies is using the "Mike Tyson" method which to paraphrase is:
"Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth."
ergo just hit them back harder and to let them know you aint taking their crap.
