Fairs Fair... If PLL Honor the Tesla Offtake... SYA should honor the PLL offtake.... but... If one offtake is cancelled... BOTH offtakes should be cancelled... IMO..

From the article below... it would seem when the SYA / PLL "Deal" was done in Jan 2021 that EVEN THEN it was known TESLA were going to end up with SYA product from the start... what's the reason for change...?

I believe it is VERY IMPORTANT for SYA Share Holders to understand the OFFTAKE arrangements themselves.. to protect their own investment in SYA...

The difference could be worth easily 20c + + extra... to the the SYA Share Price upon SC6 production... IMO

Let's hope SYA is not being taken advantage of.

If PLL do not proceed with the Tesla Offtake... Does that set a precedent......?
