I'm just wondering.
On the PLL and SYA agreement, SYA have not choice but to honor the contractual obligation.
However, PLL has a choice that can base on the value add to its mc i.e. whether
a. taking deliveries will add more value or
b. not taking deliveries and allow their huge amount of SYA shares to go to the moon effortlessly as a result.
Can someone help to do the math?
