So PLL increased the #shares it owned AND DECREASED its voting power AS WE ALL WOULD KNOW as PLL did not take up their rights in the Moblan Capital raising. The increase in shares is also well documented ... the bulk being the $8M placement for NAL raising.

Also documented in this notice are shares ratified and voted upon by SYA shareholders at your AGM in Jan

It is not PLL's responsibility to file "Application for Quotation of Securities" for SYA.

I guess the SYA till must have been near empty ... raising $698,885 for issuing 24,330,636 shares. Let me guess, at today's closing price of $0.36 the value of these WC placements is $8,759,029 ... Uncle Keith is at fault for picking nephew Brett's pocket?

What is the issue here apart from slack SYA paperwork? SYA is always issuing shares which changes PLL's holding slightly. As long as PLL isn't the party buying/selling what does it matter.
