I originally purchased ENN because Geoff Wilson had the stock in his funds including WMI which I also hold. Geoff took the decision to liquidate positions in all REIT's so ENN were collateral damage. Why he ever purchased MYR beggars belief imo.
I agree with your summary and am contemplating doubling my holdings - mainly to average my holding costs down a bit and pick up a handy dividend (which will probably be reduced in the short term). ENN certainly manage some good assets. This SP should look cheap by 09/2021by which time $1.85 should be the norm imo. DYOR
