We don't know for certain yet that it's them, but if it is then liquidity would be one reason. .
They have/had a ~$140m position in a stock that trades with daily volume of around $10m. If someone bids you for a substantial part of your position at a -0.5% discount to what you've said you'd take then you would consider it.
