Yes, the stock's trading is range bound. Yes, any overhang of a larger holder (in any company wishing out) is likely to cap substantial rises, in the absence of other catalysts.

However you are speculating that it is still Perpetual offloading, they may well be content to sit on the smaller holding for now.

In any case, there are it appears always buyer to take up, (swoop) what's offered within a cent or two, as I said inside that range.
