agreed.. below $1.. i think will be good buying..and a potential takeover candidate for the value of their assets.
the grand issue is that employment expenses are way too high given the assets that they control..
market has lost confidence in management and that has led to negative technicals feeding on itself.
i think its early for tax loss selling and that makes me wary in terms of calling a low...
book value is around $2.80 / share.. if you can believe the value of their litigation assets.
opex is around $90mm. or $0.31/share... so question is can they earn $150mm of topline revenue/year on their existing assets..?
can't say for sure, but worth a punt here.
