As QWB becomes more real, the value of Star should rise. No wonder big investor like PPT acquiring more. They must have inspected the site too.

Looking at past financials doesnt take into account the new revenues from QWB. QWB is not merely a casino with a hotel, its a huge precinct with tenancies of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, retail, cinemal, attractions, bridge to Southbank, public viewing skydeck, beach, ferry link, apartments and more. There is a diarama and animation running in the lobby at treasury hotel providing an excellent illustration of whats coming.

The share price today undervalues all this perhaps the general ASX falling was an influence. Anyway. I am accumulating more, and I cannot be the only one to recognise the deep value sitting here waiting for a take over or turnaround. PPT and BM too.
