Accepting now will get a quick conversion. Their migh even be a few people that attempt to buy PXUPA <$10. Convert, sell PPX, the buy PXUPA again.
Maybe skim some profit and still end up holding PXUPA. And lock in the capital loss event. And help PPX.
The concern is, obviously a small conversion rate doesnt address the issue. But also even if the 20% figure eventuates, they arent cancelling the PXUPA. They still exist on the balance sheet. So PPX dont gain $70mil. And maybe PPX wont rise.
