I think the surprise might come from the opportunist private equity player Coastal on the final day of the offer , where they turn around and accept on their 20% block

Effectively they would jump to the major shareholder position of the company with around 100 million shares and be in a position to seek a board seat and drive the direction of the company that has for-shadowed a reduction in its losses and is actually predicting operational profits going forward .

If this was to occur NON acceptance parties would end up with very few friends and a debt instrument far less than 250 shares for 1 in my view .
