Good post Ricky, I agree the doctors will want to be paid so we can just hang on until it unfolds, in the unlikely scenario of PRY just sitting on their stock we should get a good one also (probably better) with roll over of the debt being a positive catalyst and earnings results with potential over delivery being an extra positive catalyst which should fire the stock up nicely, then next year like you said fy13 could get some very decent results also up say 10-30% from fy12 to fy 13... I'm going to make some calls if their is a take over offer to see what the doctors are thinking and encourage them to get the most out of their company.
