    Thanks for your diligence, Asculpeous stands corrected on the escalation clause issue.
    One wonders how it will be interpreted if they get 50% plus and then go quite for a while. When current offer is over, could they start with a new cash/shares offer without obligations to those who accepted the offer? Suspect so, particularly if they have offered the shares.

    The more they get,the more they can raise the price e.g. if they needed 10 shares to get to 90% they could go on market and pay $100 a share on creep provisions,and then let the market drop before compulsory acquisition.This is just hypothetical but shows how and why the takeover target SP can bolt away at times.
    GS may pay over for a brief while to snare a blocking stake.

    What are your thoughts?
    Will do some more research.

    All in all we don't have much to lose by holding on.It may take more than a year to play out while our directors are handcuffed from actively seeking out a better bid.
