what are we thinking should happen here if this doesn't work out for RMS?

will this likely go straight back to 28c should they not reach 50.1% and then linger away until another suitor comes along?

I don't imagine RMS will make a revised bid.

just curious as to what the vibe is. surely it is only holding 50c because it's attached to RMS. that's my feel.
