If all goes well and RMS go unconditional on Monday, the ex dividend date last year was the 15th Sep. I expect that RMS will issue shares very quickly in order to encourage more acceptances, in which case you will probably get your RMS shares within a couple of weeks just in time to receive the dividend. Once RMS control the board you would assume acceptances would come in very quickly to ensure CGT relief once over 80%.. Good luck to you and others , I also would like my RMS shares.
