I'm still a little lost - same announcement from both Regal & Rivers - implies both have the same hldgs & yet they don't?
If both announcements are correct, then it appears to me that more information would better communicate to the market just who has:
1. Voting power (appears they both do?)
2. actual ownership - which one?, what % ? OR are they perhaps on loan ?
Love to read up on this, just to clear the mud!
