Personally, I am not a day trader and don't have hours to research 100+ companies a month. So when I do come across an opportunity like this, it is extremely rare and I tend to lock onto it.
I do see the danger in that strategy as I risk overvaluing the stock, as I simply don't have sufficient time. Currently I am only holding 2 stock both in the materials. I will be first to admit it is not a sustainable investment strategy.
