While this post should technically be about MSR it isn't, although it is in some ways. I believe many posters have expressed difficulty in understanding this business model, self included....

RSG had divesting its Tanzanian business (Resolute Pty Tz) to Cienega and exited the Tanzanian market. Now MSR fully acquires Cienega (which is ex-Resolute Pty Tz) with Resolute now holding a sizeable qty of MSR shares but without controlling interests.

What is obvious is RSG wants to get its hands on VGP very badly in having spent USD 30M + 525M shares acquired in MSR (@AUD 2.5M).

What is not so obvious is why all this re-arrangement of ownership? MSR is a junior explorer, why did they acquire Cienega and ditch Kyrgyz for USD 10M, which is also a proven mining play?

Strangely I get a feeling that it is RSG that is controlling everything. Regardless I hope everything is for the investors good thus far and into the future!
