Can some please explain this announcement to me?? A share purchase agreement?? and no announcement about it(maybe I haven't dug deep enough). What are management doing??? accepting 300000 rsg shares in payment to issuing share above the 20% threshold to a them. Sure asic should be looking at this. It's not like msr urgently needed the cash from selling the rsg shares, just doesn't make sense.
