resolute have purchased shares in the company by a share swap Agreement:
msr have not issued any new shares.
msr have nothing to do with it.
an existing holder has swapped his or her MSR shares for RSG shares.
Resolute have used the “creep” provisions that allows them to increase their holding by 3% every 6 months.
ASIC will have no issues whatsoever.
interesting to me is that Resolute obviously has a plan for Manas.
that is a very strong positive for Manas as the current management and Board appear to be brain dead.
I am sure Resolute will not allow the Board to keep draining the cash on admin and BS.
