No need for a hostile attack.
Lets be brutally honest - retail isn't going to band together based on the participation on here, and with no top 10 holders likely to object, a SOA at 7 or 8c probably gets it done at this stage.
Even if a couple of top 10 do object - Tenmile, Ryder and PMV have what 40%?
That leaves 60% in total to get the 25% overall block.
That isn't going to happen.
Lets hope those 3 big holders decide to wait and see how LDX go.
If that's the case - maybe a SOA will be at 15 - 20c in a years time.
Perhaps better to do a SOA when LDX are more established, rather than now, when FebriDx isn't proven.
Either way, if those 3 decide to attack - ain't no 10 baggers here.
