This is what i have worked out:
There were $300,000 allocated to retail out of the retail offer and there was $500,000 allocated to other institutional buyers (not sure who).
$6,900,000 less the $300,000 and less then $500,000 (assuming it didn't go to RYD or TM) leaves $6,100,000. Based on the RYD update, they bought $3,050,000 which leaves $3,050,000 to TM. That would make TM purchase of 80,263,157 shares plus the 69,725,275 they held from the block trade and institutional placement.
The two of them now own 37.15% of the company.
