True, however nothing would surprise me after the Board accepted this offer that was clearly inadequate, even before SLR share price tanked.
I can't see how this decision was in the best interest of shareholders so unless the independent directors change there is no certainty
that any commercial Tolling agreement will simply be a value transfer from EGA shareholders to SLR, as is the case with the takeover.
