Davisite, "No independent director could support this being done at anything other than at commercial terms.." True, however nothing would surprise me after the Board accepted this offer that was clearly inadequate, even before SLR share price tanked. I can't see how this decision was in the best interest of shareholders so unless the independent directors change there is no certainty that any commercial Tolling agreement will simply be a value transfer from EGA shareholders to SLR, as is the case with the takeover.
