Well there doesn't seem to be a rush outside of our Board to take up the offer. I am not sure what SLR plan is going to be if they get hold of enough EGA to have a seat at the table, but not enough to control the company.
Could turn out to be the best thing to happen to EGA for sometime if SLR is constructive and works with an independent EGA board to make Rothsay a success. Their mining expertise combined with a commercial toll treating deal should be a win for everyone.
