I do not think there is much free floating left to accumulate. Including options, 1AG has less than 150 million shares in the registry. Three directors hold about 27% of that (Trevor Stoney, 20.9 million, Andrew McBain 8.9 million, Neil McBain 8.6 million). Two others have become substantial holders last month purchasing all of their shares on market (Wilson 5.02% and SNC 5.1%). Today we saw a big purchase by SNC to increase its holding to 11.1%. We already know that this company has a guaranteed annual revenue of $2.5 million until 2027 and they said they are looking to enter a diary sector. It is going to be a very interesting weeks and months to come.
