Might blip back to 4.3 cents (but not much more) before it goes anywhere as SNC isn't acquiring with the intent of taking it over, they are merely accumulating as active investors so now they are out of the "10% gets discounted by a private placement" risk they will slowly pick up more as it dips further, and it will dip further until the Board gets a deal on the table.
