2. SNC would never have even initiated a position without a clear strategy to unlock 1AG's value for its shareholders.

3. Only if SNC touches the 19.9% threshold -- currently 13.4%, 6.5% from threshold -- would we know their "final" sp. From that one can speculate 1AG's potential sp target, be it 50% up, a double, a home run... However, there's no gurantee SNC will pay up to that, or even buy another share, so perhaps that "speculative" figure is known. (Amused puts SNC's buys at an average of just under 4.5c.)
