I know...and you know I know as I have been bleating on about it for ages. They never had a compelling driver up their clacker in the past...now they do and it is more a question of when as SNC are more activist shareholders than deal makers so I am expecting some pressure to come upon the Board to perform for shareholders or get out. Either one works for me and may well work for you if you still have the patience.
