Replay, don't know about the board's idleness, but holders sure are sitting idly!
Without even knowing a strategic direction 1AG might go -- I'm tipping sale, with no evidence -- what would a progress report look like? At the least it would point to... something.
We know:
A) 1Ag is about Australian arable land. It is a major investment theme : Agriculture in many forms, eg. protein, land with water, prawns, milk, etc.
B) Land prices are one of the brighter real estate sectors.
C) SNC is an activist LIC.
At this sp risk is to the upside IF one has patience. However, that's no guarantee, so selling when one decides for whatever reason (probably to SNC) is also an appropriate option.
