Sure, here goes. SNC sees a BUYer(s) for some (all?) of 1AG's land or water or milk offtake. My bet's on land sitting on a regional aquifer. WA's Dept. of Water (DOW) and theis possible issuance of water licenses is a strong factor. While a dairy producer may want to expand, especially in its premium, value added products, eg. from a System 5, almost ready base. Nevertheless, I think some "key clues" may be found here:
