    So SOL have paid 19c to increase their stake. That represents a substantial premium over any 30day vwap, and also a premium to the current price.

    Assuming that IVA are the seller, they have done well to get SOL to pay that price.

    Also begs the question about the validity of the royalty dispute! Why would SOL increase their holding in a company that a subsidiary of theirs is in dispute with?!
