The reason the price is low in terms of value, is the current management have made really lousy acquisitions. That is the same management that are agreeing to sell the crown jewels after running this into the ground. Don't be too generous in saying that it is a good deal based on the current value, because they should not have been there in the first place. I have always been a fan of this company, but the current management have really wrecked it.
