What do UIL holders think about STX?  Buy side now at 10 cents.  As shares can be purchased so much cheaper on market, I think it's doubtful they'll get the full take up for the SPP.  The drifting share price is a real concern to me.  It suggests that progress at Jaws in not exactly positive.  If Strike was on the verge of success at Jaws you'd expect to see some buying interest.
