This is interesting.
No takeover happening at 20% but it depends where their end holding % target is.
I've never taken the time to investigate their financials but perhaps someone can comment further whether they have the funds to get anywhere close to 50 otherwise they will need to power broker coalitions with other holders to get any changes.
